Rigid Couplings

A rigid coupling is a unit of hardware used to join two shafts within a motor or mechanical system. It may be used to connect two separate systems. For instance, a motor to a generator, or to repair a connection within a single system. A rigid coupling may also be added between shafts to reduce shock and wear at the point where the shafts meet.

The Jaure hydraulic coupling is an easy installation hydraulic rigid coupling for shaft connection. Jaure integrated to its flexible coupling range the oil injection method for shaft connections back in the 60s.
Torque between two machines is driven by Jaure® PLMT rigid coupling. When they are aligned and there is no need to accommodate any misalignment.
