Corrosion Resistant Bearings

CRES bearings address various industries and applications by providing multiple solutions utilizing a variety of materials and sealing elements. CRES assists customers in meeting HACCP (Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point) procedures and stringent plant cleaning requirements. These include CIP (Clean in Place) and SIP (Steam in Place) guidelines.

McGill® CAMROL® full complement needle bearings feature 400 series stainless steel material. They are available in two basic mounting styles for use in mechanical automation or linear motion applications.
Sealmaster® PN Gold Mounted Ball Bearings feature a high-performance seal, 316 stainless steel or high strength composite housings, in many housing and locking styles. These are useful for wash down applications where corrosion resistance is critical.
System Plast mounted bearing supports offer good protection during wash-down. They are available in a variety of composite materials and housing styles. They also come with modular accessories to protect the bearing.
